Why?
- Fits in a MAX!
- Higher level Mercenary missions are tricky because the locations are defended by a lot of unfriendly AA
- Take a ship down, but out of range of the AA, unload the rover and use it to get the rest of the way:

URSA rover a steal at 70k in game. Apparently the gunner turret used to be very OP!
