Note: Today’s build does not have IAE or new ships available just yet. We are planning on adding these during PTU phases for 3.24.3 before release going live.
New Global Event: “Save Stanton” Playtest!
Tonight on the 3.24.3 servers we will be running the first 3 phases of a new global event called Save Stanton!
This will start up shortly after the build has been released and run overnight with mission phases 1-3.

- Borderless mode has now been renamed to Fullscreen.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed - PU - Stanton - MISC Hull C - Ship Components / Ships / Vehicles / Resource Network - The MISC Hull C’s Quantum Drive and Jump Drive do not turn on with Nav Mode and Quantum Fuel is unavailable
- Fixed - PU - Interaction / ASOP / Server Recover - A Player interacts with an ASOP while a server error occurs can block this kiosk from being interacted with by another player
- Fixed - Front End - Core Tech - Graphics - Resolution / Upscaling / GPU / NVIDIA - While Vulkan is on, Enabling Nvidia DSR upscaling causes a bigger fullscreen window than the native monitor resolution
- Fixed - Motion Blur implementation is broken (STARC-134903)
- Fixed - PU/AC - Ship/Weapons - Hurston Dynamics Attrition series does not fire or cause damage (STARC-131900)
- Fixed - Multivehicle - AC Only - Vehicles / VMA - Remote turrets can be equipped to weapon slots that are not meant to be
- Fixed - Arena Commander - Ships / Scoreboard - Ejecting in an AC match doesnt count towards death count and doesnt give a score penalty

Wakapedia-CIG:
There is still 3.24.2 hotfixes being worked on and applied to servers in the background to help mitigate issues. Client portion of fixes is still being discussed

HOTFIX channel will be opening up shortly for a 3.24.2 client hotfix for LIVE.
These updates require the updated client in the build. These will be up on the HOTFIX channel overnight and if all is well pushed to the LIVE channel tomorrow

**(Friday) Today’s Goals:
- We are working on further Hybrid crash fixes that we intend to directly hotfix on LIVE later today as well as push the client side hotfix onto the LIVE Channel.
- We are currently building a new 4.0 build for a 4-5 hour Evocati playtest later today.**
Wakapedia-CIG:
We have 1 random Hybrid hotfixed on LIVE to test if the fix is working. So far it hasn’t crashed after 50 minutes
Still needs much more soak time to be sure the fix is safe but will let you all know the second we start spreading to further hybrids on live!

client hotfix is now on the LIVE channel on the launcher. The 4 fixes below are resolved by the client portion of the hotfix while we continue to roll out hybrid crash fixes tonight to help stability
Fixed - PU - Vehicles - mining - Scanner / Ping does not give AR marker returns for surface mineables
Fixed - PU - Stanton - Orison - Locations - Atmosphere is lacking in several areas around Orison
Fixed - AC - The Good Doctor - Room System / Actor - The temperature outside is -28c for the Room System, even though it is a savanna type environment outside
Fixed Multiple Client Crashes
ETF-testing-chat | Ahmed-CIG: I’ve been rolling out a new hotfix to the frequent 30K (hybrid crashes) in the US and I’m currently in the process of rolling it out to all regions. Hopefully this hotfix will address most of the major reasons behind the current instability. New shards will have the string “9393125” in their ID

- We have released the client and hybrid hotfixes onto the 3.24.2 LIVE environment tonight. So far we are seeing huge improvements in stability and will continue to monitor.
- We are currently building a new 4.0 build for a 4-5 hour Evocati playtest later today.

(Laugardagr) We just kicked a new 4.0 playtest build for an Evocati Playtest later today. This build has fixes to resolve the major crash from the previous test. If all goes well well we will leave this test up for around 5 hours. (same streaming rules from yesterday’s test apply)
(Mánadagr) We are currently building a new 3.24.3 update for release onto the PTU later today along with further Save Stanton updates.

- Dedicated Borderless Mode has been re-added to graphics settings to allow resolutions outside of monitor ratio (using 16:9 on a 32:9 monitor)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed - Front End - Core Tech - Graphics - Resolution / Upscaling / GPU / NVIDIA - While Vulkan is on, Enabling Nvidia DSR upscaling causes a bigger fullscreen window than the native monitor resolution (STARC-107329)
- Fixed - FPS - Bullets such as the grenade launcher projectile do not explode correctly on contact
